This declaration applies to all Members of the Vibez Savings Club program. The members confirm that they have read and understood the conditions and guidelines outlined above on the Vibez savings Club website and its membership applications.

I/We understand that the Vibez Savings Clubs including all company services, executives, employees and websites are acting as independent agents who are not guaranteeing the quality of the relationship between the Member and the Service or Discount Provider offering a Service or Discount to the Member.    

I/We understand and assume any and all risks related to my participation in this program, and I/WE agree to release and hold the Vibez Savings Club harmless and each of their respective employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability of claims should any injury, loss, or damage occur during the utilization of the service, purchase of the products or any other service offered, by the participants in the program.

I/We understand that the Vibez Savings Club Clubs do not assume any responsibility for injuries, losses, damages, problems or accidents that might occur by using the Third party services offered through the Vibez Savings Club program.

I/We accept that membership fees are non-refundable. By becoming a member of the Vibez Savings Club program I am entitled to the discounts on services and products through third party merchandisers and service providers who have offered their services and products on discounted prices or for promotion of their services through the Vibez savings Club.

I/We accept and agree on the above terms, conditions, disclaimer and agreement when and if I/we apply for, subscribe or participate in this Vibez savings Club program.
