 “Business Development Executive”

JOB DISCRIPTION

*Getting new clients/tie-ups for the company

*Speaking to the Managers of the company and fixing up appointments with them over the phone.

*Meeting the Managers personally and explaining the features and benefits of the product.

*Convincing the client to have tie-ups with the company.

*Should be able to read and understanding the tone of the client while communicating.

*Should be able to provide information verbally clearly and effectively.

*Liable to meet the given targets.

*Should be able to handle stressful situations.

DESIRED PROFILE:

* Any graduate. (Preferably MBA) 

*Good team player.

*Committed and ambitious.

*Good Analytical skills and probing skills.

*Good Interpersonal skills.

*Should be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

*Requires excellent relationship management and communication skills.

Location: Bangalore

Salary: 110000 to 144000

 

 

 

* Generating revenue from existing & new clients

* Securing new business/ client by making calls to the prospective clients, pitching the business service.

* Educate clients about the benefits of advertising

* Build strong relationships in order to maximize revenue opportunities.

* Increase the reach of product in the market.

* Generate business by applying new ideas & thoughts.

* Help management to improve the brand on a regular basis.

* Meet and exceed revenue targets.

DESIRED PROFILE

*Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate, preferably MBA

*Candidate should have high network & clean market reputation with a strong desire to grow professionally.

*Experience of 2 years in Sales, with excellent business track record.

*Candidate should have successful experience & exposure of similar business model.

*Keen to work in a highly competitive market

*Right attitude & never – say- die mind-set

 

 

*Regular monitoring performance of the team  and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs

*Facilitate administrative & operational supports to team for smooth functioning 

*MIS preparation, reporting to the Branch Manager.

*Respect & adhere to the guidelines of the company on all fronts to have appropriate compliances.

*Team Handling and responsible for managing the Team Productivity. 

*Managing customer relationship and accountable for the Team Performance.

*Responsible for Customer Acquisition and Retention. 

*Ensure achievement of overall Team Targets by generating business and cross sales
