2.How different it is from the credit Cards?

Credit Cards are meant for providing short term credit with huge interest rates whereas vibez savings club savings card will help you to save money without compromising in your lifestyle.

 

3.How does the Vibez membership card works?

Customer will get discount in outlets where we are tied up. There is no any limitations for visits customer can avail the discount N numbers of time.

 

4.What is the range of discount rates I will be getting?

From 10% to 60% discounts. And many gift vouchers where you need not pay anything. Offers & keeps changing. If any changes customer will get updations.

 

5.How to use the vouchers provided in the kit?

Call up to the client & Fix the appointment at your convenient time. & keep intimated the client that you have a voucher.

 

6. Are the vouchers redeemable?

No you cant redeem the voucher into cash or any other service.

 

7.Do these vouchers have limited validity period?

Yes! Vouchers have validity it is printed in the vouchers.

 

8.I\'m a privilege member of Vibez Savings Club and not aware of the offers, vouchers & even about the card; can you explain it for me?

Vibez membership card is a tool to identify the the card holder. Business development team will negotiate with the client for a better discount only for vibez member.

 

9. Can I have the contact no of X outlet, so that I can confirm before whether I get discount there or not?

You can logon to our website http://www.vibezclub.com/segments.php and browse for the clients . Discounts & Address is mentioned properly.

 

10. Can I use the voucher after validity expires?

No You cant use the voucher after validity is expired.

 

11. Can my friends and family members also use the same card?

Yes

 

12. How many times can I use the card in one outlet? Are there any limitations?

No there is no limitation. You can use N numbers of time.

 

13. Is the card valid outside Bangalore also?

No

 

14.Is the card accepted in all the outlet of the clients?

Yes. We have proper agreement signed by the proprietor/ Manager/ Concent person who is taking care of outlet

 

15. What should I do after the validity of the card is expired?

16. Does this card deals with accumulation of reward points?

17. Is there any mandatory utilization of this card?

No there is no any mandatory utilizations. But if you don\'t use the card then you cannot avail the service.

 

18. Does this card deals with cash? Like should we keep some funds in my Vibez account?

No card does not deals with cash. Its an identity tool for our membership

 

19. Can I draw cash through this card?

No. card is only meant for discounts

 

20. Will I get gifts on certain utilizations of card?

22. Can I get duplicate card if loose this card?
